I’ve been wanting this cult drugstore palette since last year, where I was swept away with the Storm palette buzz going around. Of course, with my luck, every time I tried to buy it it was sold out everywhere.
But now I’ve finally got my hands on one *HUZZAH*!
If you haven’t already heard of the Storm Palette- it’s basically a neutral lover’s wet dream. It’s got a great mix of mattes and shimmers and is capable of producing a whole spectrum of gorgeous looks from barely there to dark sultry eyes. If you loved the Urban Decay Naked Palette, then you need this.
I find it unbelievable that this entire palette is US$10. The quality of most of the shadows is on par with MAC and Inglot, and I would happily pay 4x the amount for the palette (please don’t tell Sleek I said that).
I purchased mine at www.sleekmakeup.com , along with 2 other Sleek palettes which will be reviewed very soon!

As you can see in the swatches, the bottom three shadows from the left part of the palette are incredibly smooth and pigmented, the top three not so much. I think that the dark forest green and the steel blue shadows are really something special.
All the shadows on the right side of the palette are buttery smooth and pigmented. The matte black shadow on the bottom right is particularly pigmented, in fact, it’s blows MAC Carbon out of the water.
I’ll be doing a look using this palette in my Monday FOTD so stay tuned!
