I get misty… just holding your hand: Burberry Lip Mist in Blueberry reviewed

 

 

Ok so I realise that I need another berry lipstick like I need a third armpit, but dammit those Lipstick Bandits are persuasive. After seeing Burberry Lip Mist in Blueberry on Bloomin’ Beauty (wow, that was an unintentional tongue-twister: I dare you to say that fast 3 times), I knew had to have this.

Colour:

Blueberry is a semi sheer berry-brown. A gorgeous fall/winter lip colour.

Texture:

Burberry has jumped on the lipgloss/lipstick hybrid bandwagon with their Lip Mists. The formula feels lovely on the lips- moisturising and silky (and a little thicker than the Chanel Rouge Coco Shines which helps with the staying power).

Performance:

As with most sheer lipsticks, Burberry Lip Mists don’t have the staying power of traditional lipsticks and I would have to reapply Blueberry every 45mins to an hour (better than Rouge Coco Shines, not quite as long lasting as NARS sheer lipsticks)
