The March Glossybox is probably one of the best boxes I’ve come across. There’s quite a lot in there, and I would use everything except the Proactive cleansing bar. Very stoked about having a travel size Klorane for my upcoming trips to Melbourne.
price: $14.95 a month
availability: www.glossybox.com.au
1. Absolutely Gorgeous Macadamia Face Cream
2. Dencorub Extra Strength Heat Gel
3. Eau Thermale Avene
4. Klorane dry shampoo
5. KMS Free Shape Hot Flex Spray
6. Practiv Cleansing Body Bar

Bellabox
The March Bellabox was no so much a box, but a muslin bag. There are a few nice things- I’m a fan of the Yes To Carrots Lip Tint, and it’s always good to have a travel sized body lotion; however, overall I think I liked previous Bellaboxes better.
price: $15.00 a month
availability: bellabox.com.au
1. Yes to Carrots Lip Tint
2. Pure Fiji Coconut Hydrating Body Lotion
3. U Little Beauty Natural Shine Hair Serum
4. Eyelift Kit bag
5. Bellamer eye balm.
6. Carmen’s Fruit and Nut Muesli Biscuit.
note: the boxes were sent to me by PR for consideration only.

Pat Mcgrath’s work for Christian Dior S/S Haute Couture 2012 was an understated masterpiece. Together with the sleek bobs and the 1950s inspired gowns, the models evoked an updated Grace Kelly.
I had a little play the other day- here is my version of Pat McGrath’s beauty look for Christian Dior. I decided to swap the matte natural lip of the original for a bit of golden peachy goodness, aka Hourglass Prodigy Lipgloss in Hypnotic. These photos were taken pre- hair colour.
Base:
- Marie Veronique Everyday Sheer Coverage SPF 30+ Light Tint (reviewed here)
- Lancome Teinte Idole Ultra
Eyes:
- Two Faced Shadow Insurance on lids to prime
- NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk blended with finger on mobile lid
- Urban Decay ‘Buck’ eyeshadow from Naked Palette in crease (swatched here)
- Urban Decay ‘Virgin’ Eyeshadow from Naked Palette (swatched here) to highlight the inner corners of the eyes.
- Inglot Matte 351 (matte warm white, swatched here.) eyeshadow blended on top of Milk on mobile lid up to crease.
Brows:
- MUFE waterproof eyebrow corrector
Cheeks:
- MAC Bronzer in Golden to contour
- MAC Cremeblend blush in Ladyblush on apples
- MAC blush in Blushbaby on top.
+ Bobbi Brown shimmerwash eyeshadow in Champagne to highlight nose bridge and top of cheekbones.
Lips:
- Hourglass Prodigy lipgloss in Hypnotic (reviewed and swatched here)

A few weeks ago I paid the lovely folks at Oscar Oscar Salon Paddington a visit to add a little somethin’ somethin’ to ze hair- specifically, a bolder shade of burgundy.
The last time I was at Oscar Oscar, I ended up with a very subtle burgundy violet tint that was lovely in the sun (but not really visible indoors). This time I wanted a little more colour- burgundy violet again, and still conservative enough for work, but I wanted the colour bold enough to be visible all the time.

I must thank Jade of jademusing.tumblr.com for thinking of the catchy feel-good phrase ‘Fit For Fall’ (tweets will be hashtagged #FitForFall ) to replace ‘Healthy Summer’. She’s not just a pretty face!
‘Healthy Summer’ updates have really dropped off the last 2 months or so, mostly due to straggling motivation. I’ve been making regular, but not frequent trips to the gym (around 1-3x a week) but not really pushing myself very hard like I was during in the first few months of ‘Healthy Summer 2011/2012′. Just staying afloat really.
Food-wise, I was in desperate need of a detox and a rethink of my portion sizes.
When I read the rave reviews about the Dietlicious 5 Day Cleanse on Ms Critique and Me vs The Bulge blogs, it got me very curious. I ended up contacting Dietlicious, and was very grateful when Emily from Dietlicious offered to sponsor a trial of the 5 Day Cleanse for the Fit for Fall series.
