Skin saviour- A’kin Lavender and Geranium Body Moist

 

The A’kin Lavender and Geranium Body Moist came to me in the mail with impeccable timing. I was just getting over a particularly nasty case of allergic skin reaction all over my arms and legs to a product that I had been using. Probably something that could have been avoided if I paid attention to the ingredients list, but even the biggest ingredient nark ( yours truly) will let her guard down when a product smells lovely enough.

I’m also in the process of trialling an at- home IPL hair removal system (more on that later) so my skin needed something rich and nourishing but without any irritants.

 

A’kin is one of those companies I completely trust with using only skin loving ingredients and no irritating fillers or unnecessary texture enhancers, so I was all over this body cream like butter on toast as soon as I got it.

The A’kin Lavender Body Moist lived up to all my expectations and went a little further- not only is it super hydrating, but it was luxuriously scented (not always the case with natural products). I like to massage a generous amount of this product all over after a shower.
