I was given a chance to try the Trilogy Rosapene Night Cream (rrp $44.95/60mL) recently and it has become to be one of my favourites from Trilogy. It’s a medium weight night time formula that feels silky and absorbs well after a quick massage into the skin with no greasy residue. It feels quite similar in texture to the Sukin Purely Ageless Replenishing Night Cream, although they are formulated with a different mix of plant oils. Compared with other Trilogy moisturisers- it is lighter than their Ultra Hydrating Cream (which is more like a balm), but richer than their Very Gentle Calming Fluid .
Trilogy Rosapene Night Cream is formulated with manuka honey, antioxidant rich plant oils such as rose hip, cranberra, acai, and skin loving extracts such as aloe and goji berry. As you would expect from Trilogy there are no unnecessary fillers (e.g. mineral oil), or known petrochemical irritants often found in skincare (e.g. propylene glycol).
It’s quite a dry winter in Canberra at the moment, so I’ve been using this during the day (sits well under makeup), and at night I’ve been using this under a couple of drops of the A’kin Cellular Radiance Serum – which I massage into the skin after giving the Rosapene Night Cream a few minutes to completely sink in. It’s a regime which is working really well for me at the moment. I’ll be testing more winter skincare products over the coming months, but I would otherwise have been happy to stick to this for the rest of winter.
Start a good day the night before. Enriched with our unique antioxidant-rich Rosapene™ oil blend, this high performance night recovery cream works with the skin’s own natural process for optimum regeneration. Wake up to a brighter, revitalised complexion.
